New art drop and LA based goodness

Hey Glarien fans,
Thank you again for what continues to be an absolutely incredible campaign. As we move through the last week, I wanted to tell you how much we appreciate all the support for Glarien and for Tina's work. Seeing how many of you picked up her surprise bonus variant cover from last update and how quickly people have snatched up her original art pages, has meant so much to her. And we dropped another two pages of art today, one which has already sold, and an, ahem, spicer page, that I'm sure will find a home soon.
Speaking of home, I did have two quick Los Angeles based bits of news for this update. The first is, if you are local to Los Angeles, I (Charlie) will be at Santa Monica Comics Company for Free Comic Book Day this year. So if you're in LA, please come by and join the party. I'll be happy to sign any White Ash Comics books you might have.
The other tangentially LA based news is that one of my absolute favorite comic creators who lives in Los Angeles, Stephan Franck has a new Palomino book on Kickstarter.
If you don't know Stephan as a creator, he's simply one of the absolute best storytellers working in the medium. Here at White Ash Comics, we pride ourselves on storytelling coming first when it comes to the artists we work with. But Stephan is the next level, a true master. If you haven't had a chance to ready any of his books before, now's the perfect time to jump in.
This campaign is for the 6th volume (and the first five) of his long-running, LA Noir series Palomino. I've had the joy of tableing next to Stephan for the last 3 years at SDCC, so I've gotten to see the series unfold both on the pages and through the eyes of the people who come up to his table hungry for the next chapter. So if you love storytelling as much as we do, you've got to check this series out. It's one of the absolute best you will see on Kickstarter, or anywhere this year.

New Art Tomorrow... and today

Hey Glarien Fans,
Thank you all for continuing to spread the word of the campaign. We're trucking right along as we head into the home stretch. But today, we wanted to give you a heads up that we will be dropping two more pages of original art tomorrow.
The drop will be at 1pm PST.
In other fun Glarien news, we're doing a crossover print with our good friends at Fried Comics and their campaign for volume 1 of Blazing Blade of Frankenstein
If you back both campaigns, you will receive this print by Riccardo Faccini:
Everyone who backs both Glarien and Thane: Volumes 1 & 2 and Blazing Blade of Frankenstein Volume 1 at a physical tier will get a physical copy of this 5x7 print featuring Frankenstein and Glarien by Riccardo Faccini, and digital backers will receive a hi-res digital version!

Tina has been so overjoyed by the response to her work on this book, she sent over a bonus variant cover last night.
Sometimes an artist has an itch they need to scratch. And we're thrilled Tina needed to scratch it. We are passing this beautiful piece on to you as a low-cost, add-on variant (which is now available).
